KEM Link Building does not guarantee any specific ranking positions on search engines (e.g., Google). SEO results are dependent on various factors beyond our control, including algorithm changes.

3. Client Obligations
What the client is responsible for to ensure successful service delivery.

Provision of Information
Clients are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including access to websites, analytics, and necessary third-party accounts (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
Timely Communication
Clients must respond to requests for approvals, information, and access in a timely manner to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the services.
Compliance with Law
The client agrees to ensure that their website and business comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright laws, privacy regulations, and advertising standards.
Payment Terms
Details regarding invoicing, payment methods, and penalties for late payments.

Fees and Payment
Fees for KEM Link Building services will be outlined in the contract or statement of work. Payments must be made according to the schedule specified, typically requiring a deposit upfront and full payment within a certain time after service completion.

Invoicing
Invoices will be issued electronically via email and are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Late Payments

No Refunds for Completed Services

Cancellation of Services

Effects of Termination
Upon termination, KEM Link Building will provide the client with a final invoice for any outstanding work. The client will retain all work delivered up to the termination date, but we will cease any further work on the project.
